MY STORY

I've trained since I was a kid, doing pushups and pullups in my room before I could touch a weight. The drive was always there. The knowledge took years.

For a long time I trained with no structure, chased whatever advice was loudest, and got the small things wrong without knowing it. The hardest part was never the training, it was consistency. I'd make real progress, then one weekend would set me back. One step forward, two steps back. I know what it feels like to put in the work and still feel like you're going in circles.

Eventually I stopped guessing and built a system that actually holds up. Not extreme, not unsustainable, just structured training, dialed nutrition, and habits that survive real life. That system is everything OPBC is built on.

What OPBC Stands For

One Percent Body Club isn't about being the average gym goer whose whole life is the gym and nothing else. It's the opposite.

The 1% is about being above average in every area that matters: training, nutrition, habits, mindset, and lifestyle. We build the best physique we can and get as strong as we can, and we use that as the foundation for everything else we want in life. The body is where it starts. It's not where it ends.
