One Percent Body Club ("we", "us", "our") runs onepercentbodyclub.com. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you give us: your name, email address and the numbers you enter into our calculator (such as height, weight, age and activity level), plus anything you send when you apply for coaching or contact us.
• Order information: when you buy, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not see or store your full card number.
• Automatic information: basic analytics such as pages visited, device type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To deliver what you asked for, such as your calculator results, your ebook and toolkit access, or a coaching reply.
• To send you emails you signed up for, including blog updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
• To improve the site and understand what is working.

Who we share it with

We use trusted services to run the business: Webflow (website and checkout), Stripe (payments), Mailchimp (email) and Make (automation). They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or unsubscribe from emails, by contacting us at ameer@onepercentbodyclub.com. California residents have additional rights under California law, and we will honor those requests.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no website is completely secure.

Children

Our site is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
